Invest in yourself

In an ever changing workplace environment it has never been more important to update, refresh and even add more skills to your CV.

As trading conditions slowly return to normal (whatever that may be) employers are looking for trained staff to fill their vacancies and willing to pay for quality. As an employee of course the more highly trained and multi-role you are the more valuable you become in the workplace. So remember - invest in yourself.

With that in mind and practicing what I preach I've just completed my Fork Lift Instructor qualification for counterbalance and reach forklifts as well as my lorry mounted crane (Hi Ab) and will be offering these courses via a local training centre with the ability to deliver on site courses.
