Trailer entitlement delayed

If you've been following this blog you'll know that there was due to be an announcement on November 15th that would grant B+E to all drivers. The latest news from the Govt. is that there will not be that announcement - but more concerning is the fact they have not given any indication that when it will be. Or in other words - you're stuck if you need to tow and have not already got the entitlement. Add to that the fact that at present you can not book any type of LGV test due to the proposed changes to C and CE testing and the claims that the Govt. is doing all it can to help the driver shortage really don't stack up.
